JOB TITLE: Head of AI Implementation
SALARY: £90k - £100k
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)
THE COMPANY
We are representing an impact-led growth consultancy that brings together insight, strategy, and innovation to help global brands identify and capture future opportunities, turning discovery into clear, actionable outcomes through to execution.
The consultancy combines behavioural science, proprietary data tools, AI-driven insight, and creative problem-solving to provide continuous, real-time, adaptive guidance, enabling organisations to respond quickly to shifting consumer behaviour and changing market dynamics.

KEY DUTIES
- Embed tools, training, and frameworks into client organisations, diagnosing capability gaps and prioritising high-impact opportunities.
- Own agencies capability proposition, bringing frameworks, tools, and ways of working to life across clients.
- Translate agencies thinking into practical client solutions, championing innovation, storytelling, and capability excellence across organisations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Senior strategic experience across client and agency environments, translating strategy into practical capabilities that stick.
- Strong storytelling and proposition leadership skills, driving adoption of frameworks, tools, training, and transformation programmes.
- Progressive, AI-aware mindset with experience developing brand learning, capability programmes, content, and client-facing strategic frameworks.
