We're hiring for a fast-growing, fully systematic trading firm with offices worldwide. The firm is building a central AI lab and wants a leading ML researcher to found it and run it.
This is a rare chance to build a research lab from scratch, with the firm's full backing and the resources to hire top research talent.
What you'll do
- Found and lead the firm's central AI lab
- Set the research agenda for applying modern ML and deep learning to trading
- Hire and lead a team of top researchers, including PhD and postdoc-level talent
- Work closely with the partners and trading teams so that research turns into results
