Digital Marketing Agency / International clients / Competitive Benefits Package
We’re looking for a Head of AI Visibility & Automation to lead the next evolution of search, shaping how clients are discovered, understood and recommended across traditional search engines, AI platforms and online communities.
Sitting at the intersection of Search/SEO, AI visibility and automation, you’ll lead the strategy for increasing brand presence across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, while driving the automation capabilities needed to deliver this at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the AI/Search visibility strategy, ensuring clients are effectively represented across traditional search, generative AI, social search and community platforms.
- Lead the development of GEO/AEO and AI Search strategies, improving how frequently and accurately brands are cited and recommended within AI-generated answers.
- Establish ways of measuring AI visibility, including citation tracking, share of voice and the impact on organic traffic and brand search.
- Drive the development of AI-powered automation, using n8n and other connected technologies to streamline brand audits, competitor research, outreach and content planning.
- Identify opportunities to replace repetitive manual activity with scalable, reliable automated workflows that deliver measurable time and cost savings.
- Ensure automation and AI capabilities integrate effectively with existing BI, analytics, content, creative and web publishing systems.
- Lead and develop two specialist managers covering AI/Search visibility strategy and Data & AI Automation, bringing both areas together as one integrated function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to drive the adoption of new AI Search and automation capabilities.
- Stay ahead of developments across AI-driven search and discovery, identifying emerging opportunities, technologies and risks and translating them into practical strategies.
- Set appropriate standards around data quality, reliability and human oversight, ensuring AI and automated outputs remain accurate and on-brand at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
