The Role
This is a newly created leadership role responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI strategy across the organisation.
- Own the AI roadmap, strategy, and governance framework
- Drive adoption of GenAI and agentic AI technologies
- Bridge between R&D, clinical, commercial, and IT teams
- Evaluate AI opportunities across scientific and business functions
- Lead key technology partnerships and build internal AI capability
Your Experience
We're seeking an AI leader with strong life sciences experience who can bridge advanced technology and scientific innovation.
- 5+ years of AI, machine learning, data, or digital leadership experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI, computational sciences, or life sciences, with exposure to regulated healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments
- Track record delivering enterprise AI initiatives at scale
- Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, cloud platforms, and AI governance
- Ability to engage credibly with scientific, clinical, and executive stakeholders
