Head of Amazon

Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a high-growth consumer products brand to recruit a Head of Amazon.

Salary: £70-90k

Location & Working Model: Clapham, London | Flexible Working

Key Role Feature: Full ownership of a global Amazon business spanning the UK, Europe and North America

Our client is one of Britain's most exciting consumer products success stories. Having built an enviable reputation across major retail partners and international markets, the business has become known for creating innovative, sustainable and design-led products that bring people together and enhance life's biggest moments.

Following significant growth across ecommerce and direct-to-consumer channels, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion and is looking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Amazon to lead its international marketplace operation.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing global Amazon business, working directly with senior leadership to influence strategy, identify new revenue opportunities and drive profitable growth across multiple territories. The successful Head of Amazon will play a key role in shaping how the business continues to scale across Amazon UK, EU and US.

What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the ability to influence far more than just trading performance. The Head of Amazon will work closely with product development, supply chain and leadership teams to identify new product opportunities, shape marketplace strategy and help determine where the business should invest for future growth.

The Head of Amazon will:

  • Own the Amazon P&L across the UK, EU and US marketplaces
  • Develop and execute the global Amazon growth strategy
  • Lead and develop the team responsible for Amazon performance
  • Identify marketplace expansion opportunities and new routes to growth
  • Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and negotiate commercially beneficial outcomes
  • Drive innovation through AI, automation and marketplace technology
  • Influence wider business decisions through marketplace insights and customer data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
