Overview
Puresport is an athlete-built, community-led movement that is redefining sports nutrition for a more active generation. We believe in the power of movement and want to become the defining brand of a more active generation, making credible sports nutrition for people who love to move.
We are seeking a commercial, hands-on, and strategic Head of Amazon & Marketplace Growth to lead our UK footprint and drive global expansion, leading Amazon into our largest, most profitable channel. Achieving 100% YoY growth in 2025, and on track for the same in 2026, we see huge potential in the channel as we transition into a true omni-channel brand.
The Role
You will own the P&L, strategy, reporting, and daily operations of Puresport’s Amazon business (Seller Central) in the UK and future international markets. Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will have a key voice in driving overall business direction. Operating across brand building, digital marketing, and commercial trading, you will own our overall marketplace strategy as well as execute day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
P&L & Strategy
- P&L Ownership: Drive net revenue, gross margin, ad spend, TACOS, and channel contribution margin.
- Reporting & Analytics: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering channel insights, forecast variances, unit economics, and growth opportunities.
- International Expansion: Lead the roadmap to launch and scale across global Amazon marketplaces (EU, US, and beyond).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
