Interim Head of People Analytics

Based in London on a flexible basis

£130,000 - £140,000 plus completion bonus. Day rate may also be considered

6 months with possibility for longer term or permanent conversion

Middlemore had been retained by a global client to appoint an Interim Head of People Analytics during a period of significant transformation, centred around a global Workday implantation and significant corporate activity.

The opportunity

Our client is growing through acquisition. At the same time, the business are undergoing a global Workday system implementation.

This new role will own the people data and analytics agenda through the implementation of the new system, including the migration of the existing system. It will turn complex data from various platforms into a single, trusted foundation, then build the analytics capability that sits on top of it. The role is hands-on, global, highly visible and carries real influence, with a clear opportunity to shape a permanent people analytics function after phase 1 (this project) has been completed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
