Head of Data, AI and Automation Products

As Head of AI and Automation Products you will be accountable for a portfolio of projects that build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and scale proven use cases. You will manage AI, automation and data ingestion products through their lifecycle, and create a product-driven culture that delivers scalable, sustainable and compliant solutions.
- Be accountable for a portfolio of projects, working with a multidisciplinary team, that take products through beta phase to build MVPs and scalable Data and AI products.
- Engage with senior leaders to understand strategic needs and objectives and ensure that their interests are represented in product roadmaps and portfolio priorities.
- Work closely with the Head of Data Strategy & Innovation and the Head of AI & Automation Accelerator to align with strategic priorities and roadmaps.
- Set standards for product managers, coach and manage a team of product and portfolio managers, and ensure projects are managed and delivered in accordance with guidance agreed with the Digital Strategy & Portfolio and the Head of Digital Portfolio Office.
- As a member of the Data Leadership team, contribute to setting the direction, strategy and roadmap of the client's AI, Automation and Data ambitions.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience of delivering a strategic programme of data and AI projects
- Extensive experience of delivering in an agile, iterative manner that delivers value early.
- Demonstrable ability to mediate difficult discussions, manage high-risk expectations, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical executive audiences
- Expert knowledge of the product / service lifecycle, specifically its application to data and AI products
- Expert knowledge of innovative data and AI technologies
