Head of AI / AI Business Partner
📍 Bradford (Hybrid – 2 Days Per Week Onsite) 💰 £80,000 - £110,000 + Benefits
We are partnering with a well-established UK organisation to appoint a Head of AI / AI Business Partner, a newly created leadership role focused on driving the practical adoption of AI across a large, multi-site business.
This is a unique opportunity for an AI professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology. Rather than building AI models from scratch, you'll work directly with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver AI initiatives that drive commercial value, operational efficiency and improved customer outcomes.
The organisation is looking for someone who can move AI from concept to reality, helping teams embed AI into day-to-day operations whilst ensuring governance, security and commercial viability remain front and centre.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of IT Delivery, you'll act as the organisation's AI subject matter expert, partnering with leaders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, automate processes, enhance decision-making and support growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
