AI is set to shape every part of an elite architectural practice as the industry evolves. Are you an architect who has already jumped on the AI train at your current practice, and is now at the forefront of the conversation about which tools to use and how to deploy them across a multi-office international practice?
This role will see you lead the day-to-day development and implementation of AI strategy across the practice. You'll own the conversation, reporting to the partner responsible at board level, and be invited into the senior leadership group with real autonomy to deliver change.

You'll be responsible for developing bespoke AI tools, leading departmental AI initiatives, and shaping practice-wide AI agents - supporting the wider team through training and structured learning in specific tools such as Weavy and Nano Banana, and setting the agenda for practice-wide workflow guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive innovation and design excellence through AI tools and initiatives
- Chair and lead the AI Strategy and Implementation Group
- Work closely with the AI Partner Lead to review progress across the discipline
- Champion AI adoption, building confidence and enthusiasm at every level

Skills and experience
- Ideally a qualified architect
- Experience designing and implementing AI tools within an architectural practice
- Experience servicing the training and education needs of a large, multi-studio practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of mentoring and building relationships
