Up to £118.50 per hour via Umbrella | 5 x Head of Asset Management Opportunities
Defence & Critical Infrastructure | 6-Month Contracts
Location: Bristol, Devonport or Clyde
Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on site, with occasional travel
Initial six-month contracts, with potential extension or permanent opportunities
We are recruiting five senior Asset Management leaders to support a major transformation programme within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation:
- Head of Asset Management – Strategy
- Head of Asset Management – Governance & Assurance
- Head of Asset Management – Performance & Risk
- Head of Asset Management – Data & Digital
- Head of Asset Management – Lifecycle Delivery

Profile/ Responsibilities:
- Senior asset management experience within a large, complex and regulated environment
- A strong delivery background rather than solely advisory or consultancy experience
- Successful implementation of asset management transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- The ability to navigate complex organisational structures
- Evidence of delivering measurable business outcomes

Must have experience:
- ISO 55000
- Defence or nuclear environments
- Infrastructure asset management
- Major capital programmes
- Digital transformation
- Benefits realisation and organisational change
