MMP is seeking an experienced Head of Asset Management and Investment to work with Local Authority in East London on a 12-month interim.
Location: East London
Contract: 12-Month Interim
Start: Immediate
Rate: £800/day inside IR35
You'll take ownership of the council's asset management function and provide strategic leadership across:
- Asset Management Strategy
- Housing Investment Planning
- Capital Programme Delivery
- Asset Register Governance
- Stock Condition Intelligence
- Data-Led Investment Decisions
- Value Optimisation Across Housing Assets

What we're looking for
- Senior leadership experience within social housing asset management
- Strong understanding of asset registers, data quality, and governance
- Experience leading major capital investment programmes
- Knowledge of HRA assets and housing stock investment
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary asset and investment teams
- Local Authority or Housing Association background preferred
