Head of Asset Management

Head of Asset Management

Salary £60,303 - £65,668 - full time - permanent - hybrid working and based in Birmingham.

Essential car allowance £1500 per annum.

The Role Will Involve

  • The delivery of Asset Management Strategy for property portfolios including Social Housing, Commercial, Communities, and our unique Heritage buildings.
  • Analysing property data and information to inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Overseeing the delivery of 5 year – £24m capital renewal programme
  • Setting standards and targets for continuous performance improvement that puts the customer at the heart of all our considerations.
  • Shaping Building Safety and Risk Management plans and programmes
  • The development of short and medium team sustainability strategy for a range of building portfolios.
  • Develop and implement departmental Service Improvement Action Plans relating to the Asset Management and Corporate Plan
