We're excited to be working with a leading events business to find a Head of Audience & Digital to take ownership of audience growth, digital acquisition, CRM and insights.

A broad leadership role for someone who enjoys combining data, digital strategy and audience understanding to drive growth, while leading a small specialist team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead audience growth, acquisition and digital strategy
  • Oversee CRM, database and audience insight
  • Drive paid media and digital activity across key platforms
  • Use data to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Lead and develop a small specialist team
  • Help shape how the business reaches and grows new audiences

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience across audience, digital, growth, CRM or paid media
  • Experience within events, entertainment, media or another audience-led environment
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Confident people leader and stakeholder manager
  • Agency experience particularly welcome for someone looking to move in-house
