About Unravel

Unravel is a video-led, AI-native travel commerce technology company helping airlines, banks and other enterprise brands transform how their customers discover, plan and book travel within their own digital channels.

Through shoppable video, conversational AI and premium global travel supply, Unravel enables partners to create richer, more engaging and commercially valuable travel experiences inside the ecosystems their customers already trust.

We are live across more than 100 countries and work with leading enterprise partners including Etihad, American Express and UOB.

As Unravel enters its next phase of global growth, we are building our marketing arm to strengthen our branding positioning, support sales, enterprise GTM and help our clients perform at their full potential with our expertise.

The opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and highly hands-on Marketing Lead to help shape Unravel’s B2B marketing activities.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working closely with the founders, Product and wider leadership team, you will define how Unravel shows up in the market and translate our product, customer impact and category vision into compelling campaigns, content and commercial materials.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will have the freedom to test new ideas, establish the right marketing operating rhythm and determine where internal capability, agencies and specialist support can create the greatest impact.

The role may have the possibility to begin as a fractional or contract engagement, with the potential to grow into a permanent position.

The location preference for the role is to be based in London.

What you will own

Marketing strategy and measurement

  • Build a practical marketing roadmap aligned with Unravel’s growth priorities.
  • Establish meaningful metrics across brand, content, events, partner marketing and commercial contribution.
  • Track performance, identify lessons and continuously refine the marketing mix.

Partner and customer marketing

  • Act as the marketing point of contact in selected enterprise partner conversations.
  • Advise partners on launch strategy, customer communication, placement, content and merchandising.
  • Help shape best-practice customer journeys designed to improve discovery, engagement, conversion and partnership performance.
  • Build repeatable partner-marketing playbooks that can be adapted across markets and verticals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
