VAION Health · London (mostly remote, with regular travel to clinics and customers) · Full time · £70,000 base, on-target earnings £120,000, uncapped
VAION makes NAD+ injection pens, NAD+ nasal spray and sleep patches. They are bought by people who want to feel better and stay well, and increasingly by the clinics, pharmacies and wellness businesses that serve them. We already have a trade platform, stockists and an international distributor. What we don't have is someone whose whole job is the B2B side. That is this role.
You will run B2B at VAION: finding, winning and looking after the clinics, pharmacies, gyms, spas and distributors who stock our products. You will report to the founder and work with him directly. To begin with there is no team beneath you, so you will be doing the selling yourself. As the numbers grow, you will hire and lead the people who do it with you.
What you will do
- Build and work a pipeline of private clinics (aesthetics, longevity and wellness), pharmacies and health retailers, gyms, spas and hotels across the UK, and open accounts personally.
- Look after existing stockists and our distributor so they order more, more often, and stay.
- Set up the way we sell: CRM, pricing and discount structure, stockist onboarding, practitioner training, forecasting.
- Represent VAION at trade shows and practitioner events, and run our own clinic education sessions.
- Feed what you hear from customers back into product, marketing and packaging decisions.
- Once you have proved the model, hire and coach the first sales and account people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we need from you
- Several years selling into private clinics, with numbers you can show us: accounts opened, revenue built, targets hit.
- Existing relationships with clinic owners, practitioners and buyers in UK aesthetics, longevity or wellness.
- Experience with at least two of our channels: clinics, pharmacy and retail, fitness and hospitality, distributors.
- You are comfortable in a treatment room talking to a doctor or nurse prescriber, and equally comfortable with a spa manager or a pharmacy buyer.
- You have built sales processes from scratch before, not just followed them.
- You are happy working on your own, from home and on the road, and planning your own week.
