About Babyzone
At Babyzone, we believe that every child deserves a fair start in life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to empower families and their children, from conception to age five, by providing access to high-quality early years learning opportunities that nurture the parent-child bond.
The need for support in early childhood development has never been more critical. Babyzone is a charity funded by foundations, philanthropists, and trusts, including global venture builder Blenheim Chalcot. We serve families who struggle to access support elsewhere, perhaps due to financial, geographic, or cultural barriers, by offering free, evidence-based classes and resources in premium, fully accessible community hubs.
With 11 (soon to be 15!) Babyzone Hubs already open across the UK and ambitious plans for growth, we're now looking for a passionate and experienced leader to head up our thriving Hammersmith and Fulham Hub, which has been open for 2 years.
Why This Role is Perfect for You
Are you passionate about early childhood development and experienced in teaching, early years, or family engagement? Are you seeking a rewarding, part-time role where you can make a tangible difference in your community?
This opportunity is particularly suited for individuals who may have taken a career break, recently transitioned from a classroom setting, or are looking for flexible work that complements their family life. It offers a unique chance to leverage your early years expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
