The Opportunity

As Head of Brand, you'll have ownership to help turn an already successful ecommerce business into a globally recognised lifestyle brand.

You'll shape how the brand shows up across content, organic social, community, influencers, partnerships, PR, events, product launches and customer experience.

And you'll have the opportunity to prove the commercial power of brand.

Today, the business is heavily weighted towards performance marketing.

The ambition is to invest significantly more into brand as you demonstrate its impact on organic demand, retention, LTV and revenue.

You'll work directly with the founder and alongside an established Head of Growth.

There are no layers of approval or mature brand playbook to inherit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll help write it.

Who We're Looking For

You've already helped build a consumer brand that people genuinely care about.

You're highly creative, culturally curious and instinctively understand what makes something resonate.

But you're also commercial.

You want to know whether the idea worked, what changed because of it and whether it's worth doing again.

You're equally comfortable setting the strategy and getting into the detail to make it happen. This is a player-coach role, particularly while the function is being built.

Your background could be in beauty, wellness, fashion, activewear or lifestyle.

Pet experience isn't required. Fresh thinking from outside the category is actively encouraged.

You'll be based in the UK or Europe, but you'll need a strong understanding of US consumers and culture, where the majority of the brand-building focus will sit.

Why This One?

Because you won't be joining to maintain somebody else's brand.

You'll have the backing of a profitable, rapidly growing business, direct access to its founder, and significant freedom to experiment, challenge and build.

The challenge is simple to describe and difficult to achieve: Build the lifestyle brand that changes how people think about the entire category.

If you've done something similar before and want the ownership to do it again on a bigger canvas, we'd love to hear from you.
