Ready to lead the evolution of a distinct heritage brand within a nationally recognised consumer membership organisation?

We’re Looking For a Commercially Driven, Creatively Ambitious Head Of Brand To Shape And Deliver a Bold, Omnichannel Consumer Marketing Strategy That Drives Growth, Advocacy And Audience Engagement At Scale Across The Following Areas

  • brand and consumer strategy
  • engagement and conversion
  • digital and integrated marketing
  • communications and PR
  • partnerships and brand activation

This is an opportunity to take an established brand with significant awareness and equity and make it even more relevant, engaging and commercially effective. It is not a brand stewardship role - it's an opportunity for a senior marketer to shape the future of an established consumer brand and directly influence its growth, relevance and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record working with either a heritage or prestige brand with an established and engaged membership/community base, or within a consumer/FMCG environment where scale, brand equity and commercial performance are central to the marketing agenda.

You will know how to take an established brand and make it feel relevant to today's consumer without losing what makes it distinctive. You will be equally comfortable discussing brand equity and conversion rates, creative ideas and customer data, PR and paid media, partnerships and performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
