Head of Brand

– £80,000–£100,000 base salary
– Central London | Hybrid | Minimum 3 office days per week

Our client is a high-growth consumer wellness business entering a pivotal stage of its journey. With strong momentum behind the brand, the business is preparing for further retail growth, new launches and international expansion. This is an opportunity to join a founder-led company where brand has genuine commercial influence, helping shape how an ambitious challenger evolves into a recognised category leader while retaining the personality and originality that built its early success.

As Head of Brand, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s next chapter, combining creative judgement with commercial thinking to build a distinctive, consistent and scalable brand platform.

The Head of Brand will:

  • Work with the Founders to develop their brand strategy, positioning, messaging and tone across customer touchpoints
  • Lead brand development through retail growth, launches and international expansion
  • Turn creative ideas into structured campaigns, partnerships and executable plans
  • Manage agencies, creators, production partners and the brand marketing budget
  • Build the brand function, initially leading an existing social media resource

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
