About this Position

We are looking for a Head of Brand & Advocacy, UKI to lead our Brand Experience and Advocacy strategy across the Professional Salon and Consumer channels. This is a senior leadership role bringing together brand, digital, education, advocacy and customer engagement to create a connected customer experience and drive commercial growth. You will translate global brand strategies into impactful local activation, building stronger customer relationships, increasing brand desirability and driving acquisition, retention and sales.

What you'll do

  • Define and lead the UKI Brand Experience & Advocacy strategy, aligned to business and growth priorities.
  • Lead and integrate teams across Brand, Digital & CRM, B2B eCommerce, Education and Advocacy.
  • Develop connected activation plans across the customer journey, from awareness and engagement through to conversion and loyalty.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and share of wallet through effective brand, digital, education and advocacy programmes.
  • Build compelling content, storytelling and community experiences that strengthen brand connection and advocacy.
  • Ensure investment across brand, digital, education and advocacy delivers measurable commercial results.
  • Build future-ready capabilities, teams and ways of working across these disciplines.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and international teams to deliver our growth strategy.

What makes you a good fit

  • Significant senior leadership experience across Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience, Education, Advocacy or Commercial functions.
  • Proven experience leading and integrating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, ideally within beauty, FMCG, consumer goods or Professional Salon.
  • Strong digital marketing, CRM and eCommerce experience.
  • Experience building advocacy, ambassador, community or customer engagement programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and change leadership skills.
  • A strategic, commercially minded approach with the ability to turn customer insight into action.
