Head of Brand & Creative

North London (Finchley) | Full-Time

We’re building something big.

We’re a fast-growing international health and wellness business, creating premium consumer products that are already sold in more than 15 countries.

And we’re only getting started.

With new products, new brands and new markets on the horizon, we’re looking for a Head of Brand & Creative to help shape what comes next.

Your job? Make our brand impossible to ignore. You’ll own how our brands look, feel, sound and show up in the world — from the website or Amazon to the moment someone spots us on a retail shelf.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be handed a list of design jobs. You’ll help decide what the brand stands for, how we tell our story and how great creative can help us grow.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and teams across Ecommerce, Marketing, Retail and Commercial, while building a creative function capable of keeping up with our ambitions.

If you love building brands, obsess over the details and want the freedom to make a real impact, this could be a very exciting next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

Joining as our Head of Brand & Creative, you’ll:

  • Own and evolve our brand strategy, positioning and creative direction across multiple brands and international markets
  • Make sure everything we put into the world feels unmistakably us — from packaging and websites to Amazon, retail, social and campaigns
  • Turn customer insight, market trends and commercial data into ideas that make our brands stronger
  • Lead the creative direction for new product launches, new categories and entirely new brands, taking ideas from concept through to market
  • Create and evolve our brand guidelines, visual identities and tone of voice as the business grows
  • Lead creative across packaging, ecommerce, retail, campaigns and wider marketing activity
  • Work closely with Ecommerce and Paid Media to develop creative that doesn’t just look great — it performs
  • Help us win online, developing high-converting creative across Amazon, Shopify and other ecommerce channels
  • Make sure we show up brilliantly in retail, from buyer presentations and sales decks to POS and in-store activation
  • Bring the brand and customer perspective into NPD, helping shape how new products are positioned, packaged and launched
  • Write brilliant creative briefs and know how to push an idea from good to great
  • Build strong relationships with agencies, photographers, freelancers and other creative partners
  • Manage and mentor our in-house Junior Designer, helping them develop while raising the creative standard across the business
  • Build the processes, team and creative capability we’ll need as we continue to scale
  • Be the person who asks “is this really good enough?” and isn’t afraid to push us further

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Most importantly, you’ll be the champion for the brand internally — making sure brand and creative thinking have a voice in the decisions that shape where the business goes next.

Who You Are

Great creative leaders come from different backgrounds, so we’re less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone with the right combination of brand instinct, creative judgement and commercial thinking.

That said, you’ll probably have:

  • 7+ years’ experience across brand, creative or design roles within consumer-facing businesses
  • Experience in a senior brand, creative or design leadership role — or you’re ready to make that step
  • A track record of building and evolving consumer brands, not just maintaining them
  • Strong experience within FMCG, consumer products, health, wellness, beauty or lifestyle
  • Excellent creative judgement — you know what great looks and sounds like and can explain why
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to turn customer and market insight into a clear brand direction
  • Experience creating and evolving brand identities, positioning, guidelines and tone of voice
  • Strong packaging and product branding experience
  • Experience across ecommerce, retail and digital marketplaces
  • A commercial mindset — you understand that great creative ultimately needs to help the business grow
  • Experience launching new products, ranges or brands
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging thinking when you believe there’s a better answer
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers and creative partners
  • Experience mentoring or managing creative talent
  • The ability to keep multiple projects moving without losing sight of the details that make a brand special

You’ll still be comfortable getting hands-on when needed, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills are valuable. But this role is about much more than producing artwork.

We’re looking for someone who can set the direction, build the brand and bring other people with them.

Extra Points If You’ve Worked With

  • Supplements, health, wellness, beauty or personal care brands
  • Amazon and Shopify
  • International consumer brands
  • Retailers and distributors
  • New product development and packaging
  • Photography, video or motion
  • Growing an internal creative team
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial or founder-led businesses

None of these are deal-breakers. We care more about what you’ve built, how you think and what you could bring to the business.

Why Join?

Because there aren’t many roles where you get the chance to shape brands at this stage of their journey.

We already have products selling internationally. Now we want to take them much further.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Own the creative direction of brands across 15+ international markets
  • Help shape the wider brand and commercial strategy of the business
  • Launch new products and build new brands from the ground up
  • Work closely with senior leadership and have a genuine voice in the decisions that matter
  • Build and develop your own creative team and function
  • See your work come to life across ecommerce, Amazon, retail and international markets
  • Join an ambitious business with significant plans for growth

And as we grow, your role grows with us.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than another creative job. Someone who wants ownership, wants to build and wants to be able to look back in a few years and say:

“I helped build that brand.”

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.
