Would you like to join a globally recognised luxury consumer brand with a strong heritage, distinctive identity and ambitious plans for continued international growth?

As the Global Head of Brand Communications, you will shape and lead the brand’s global communications agenda, driving brand desire, relevance and long-term equity.

The Role:

  • Own and direct the brand’s global communications strategy, vision and long-term agenda.
  • Develop breakthrough, digital-first campaigns that build brand desire, strengthen brand power and drive long-term growth.
  • Lead global advertising from initial ideation through to market launch, creating seamless, integrated omnichannel campaigns grounded in consumer insight.
  • Partner closely with Insights and Innovation teams to translate data, insights and learnings into powerful communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global PR, partnerships and luxury teams to develop integrated campaigns and activations that reinforce the brand’s premium and luxury credentials.
  • Ensure consistent, cohesive and effective brand messaging across channels, markets and regions.
  • Act as the global brand guardian for communications, ensuring local execution reflects the agreed brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging frameworks and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with global and local marketing teams to develop best-in-class communication programmes, distinctive brand assets, toolkits and guidelines.
  • Set the vision for the brand’s global digital strategy, creating a seamless omnichannel consumer journey informed by data and performance learnings.
  • Manage communication budgets across campaigns, ensuring investment is strategically allocated to priority markets and delivers maximum impact.
  • Establish strong governance and performance management across the communications agenda, providing clear reporting, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You:

  • A senior global brand communications leader with significant experience working on internationally recognised premium, luxury or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact, integrated global campaigns that build brand equity and consumer desire.
  • Strong strategic thinker who can translate consumer insights, data and cultural trends into compelling communication strategies.
  • Deep expertise across advertising, digital, social, PR, partnerships and integrated omnichannel communications.
  • Experienced in leading complex, global programmes across multiple markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • A confident and influential leader who can inspire teams and align senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing significant budgets and making effective investment decisions.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives working across Brand, Innovation, Insights, Experience, PR, Partnerships and local market teams.
  • Passionate about distinctive brand building, creativity and creating communications that genuinely capture consumer attention.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, with the ability to move from long-term vision to high-quality delivery.
  • An exceptional communicator and storyteller, able to influence at senior level and bring people with you.
