Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A look into the role

As a Head of Brand & Content within our Commercial Growth & Strategy practice, you will:

  • Own brand strategy, identity and governance for GT UK, making sure everything from campaigns to internal communications is consistent, distinctive and true to who we are.
  • Lead our content strategy and content team, setting editorial and creative standards across thought leadership, campaigns, digital and social.
  • Shape how AI is used in content production, deciding what's AI-drafted, human-led or a mix of both, and keeping our tone of voice consistent whichever route we take.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Digital Marketing on a shared social media roadmap, and work jointly on how the firm shows up in AI-driven search and answer engines.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, and represent brand and content in the governance forums that shape our wider commercial strategy.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Head of Brand & Content, the minimum criteria you’ll need is significant senior brand and content leadership experience, ideally spanning both disciplines. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience leading brand strategy and governance, ideally across more than one entity or market.
  • A strong content leadership background, spanning content strategy, video, social and SEO/AEO.
  • Some experience designing AI-augmented content workflows, or a genuine appetite to build this from a strong content foundation.
  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, ideally with some multi-market experience.
  • A collaborative style, confident partnering closely with Digital Marketing and Communications on shared channels like social media.
