The role:
Head of Brand Engagement EMEA is a newly created leadership role focused on strengthening emotional connections with consumers, driving brand relevance and identifying culturally impactful activations that support both brand health and commercial growth. The Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will act as a strategic advisor to regional teams, identifying opportunities, shaping engagement strategies and guiding local execution. In the role the Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will build a culture-led annual brand calendar that connects the brand with consumers in relevant and meaningful ways. Managing 1 direct report the Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will lead brand collaborations, partnerships and activations that enhance brand equity and customer engagement. This will include negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts Through having a finger on the pulse across music, sport, fashion, entertainment etc the Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will identify culturally relevant brand activations and partnerships that create meaningful connections with consumers The Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will work with global teams to identify best practice and brand engagement opportunities that can be shaped for markets across EMEA The Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will create tool kits for brand engagement that local markets can adapt and deliver implementation on a local in market level. Key metrics that the success of the Head of Brand Engagement EMEA will be measured are brand relevance, brand equity, customer engagement and overall brand affinity

Ideal candidate:
The role of Head of Brand Engagement EMEA is ideal for a commercially minded brand leader with a passion for culture, consumer behaviour and creating meaningful brand connections. Your experience will ideally be a mix of agency and brand working with the consumer sector You will bring significant experience in brand marketing, partnerships, social etc but be motivated by being a thought leader and advisor rather than having end to ownership for creating campaigns Is beneficial to have international experience to be able to demonstrate and understanding of cultural nuances from a marketing, relationship, communications and business perspective It is essential to have a deep understanding of cultural trends and consumer behaviour, with a genuine interest in music, fashion, sport, entertainment and social media. And to be able to use data to identify opportunities across these cultural trends. Proven success delivering high-profile brand partnerships, collaborations and consumer activations along with an appreciation of social media and influencer marketing. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate opportunities through both brand and business lenses. Experience managing agencies and external partners. For the Head of Brand Engagement EMEA it is vital to have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and markets. Experience operating successfully within complex, matrix-led international organisations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Most importantly, you will bring a strong point of view on cultural relevance and understand how brands can build authentic consumer connections through partnerships, experiences and social engagement.

Excellent package – up to £100,000 plus £5.5k car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits Location = Role split between West London office (2-3 days a week) and home (2-3 days a week)
