Head of Brand
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Co-Founder & Creative Director
Manages: Creative Content Producer, Content Creator, Influencer & Gifting Coordinator, plus agencies and freelancers
Salary Scale: £75k–£90k base, plus a performance bonus tied to launch and brand targets.
Naked Wolfe is looking for a Head of Brand to be the right hand to our Co-Founder and Creative Director. You will turn the creative vision into campaigns, launches and moments that feel unmistakably Naked Wolfe, at every touch point, online and IRL.
Responsibilities
- Lead every campaign and product launch from brief to delivery, owning timelines, budgets and results
- Own brand voice and tone across social media, email, website, packaging and community channels
- Manage and develop the in-house creative team, setting priorities and giving clear feedback
- Brief and manage outside creative partners: agencies, photographers, stylists, videographers and PR
- Guard creative consistency across all touch points, including wholesale partner assets and retail displays
- Plan and deliver all IRL activations for the brand and with wholesale partners: pop-ups, events, store takeovers and launch parties
- Build and run the annual brand and marketing calendar, aligned with product drops and trading priorities
- Report on brand and campaign performance: reach, engagement, sell-through on launches, community growth
- Own the marketing budget and agency spend, with monthly reporting to you
- Write and maintain a brand book (voice, visual rules, do's and don'ts) so freelancers and wholesale partners stay consistent
- Oversee PR and press relationships, or confirm who owns PR if not this role
- Work with ecommerce and paid media so campaigns connect to site merchandising, email and ads
- Set clear KPIs for the team below: content output, engagement, influencer return, event results

About you
- At least 3 years in a Head of Brand, Brand Director or equivalent senior brand role, ideally in fashion, footwear or luxury
- A proven record of launching campaigns and products that moved both brand heat and sales
- Experience managing creative teams and external agencies
- Strong taste and a sharp eye for detail, with a deep understanding of social and community culture
- Organised, decisive and calm under launch pressure
- Comfortable working closely with a founder, day to day, in the office five days a week
