About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand team at a pivotal time for both Myprotein and Myvitamins. Reporting directly to the Brand Director, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand strategy to life through best-in-class, integrated global campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth across our international markets.
As Head of Brand & Global Campaigns, you'll lead the planning and delivery of our annual global campaign calendar, owning the development of high-impact, insight-led campaigns across both brands. This is a campaign-heavy leadership role, responsible for ensuring our biggest global brand moments are delivered consistently across every customer touchpoint, while maintaining creative excellence and commercial focus.
You'll work cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, CRM, Media, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver integrated global campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning and support business objectives. Alongside campaign delivery, you'll lead and develop a high-performing Brand & Campaigns team, embedding best practice and continually raising the standard of brand execution across the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the development and execution of integrated 360° global brand campaigns across Myprotein and Myvitamins.
- Owning the annual global campaign calendar, ensuring key launches, innovation moments, and seasonal activations are delivered on time and to the highest standard across all markets.
- Translating brand strategy into compelling global campaign plans that build brand equity while supporting commercial objectives.
- Working closely with the Brand Director to evolve and execute the long-term global brand vision across both brands.
- Partnering with Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, CRM, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across every channel and market.
- Championing creative excellence throughout campaign development, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and execution across all customer touchpoints globally.
- Using customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to continually optimise future campaigns and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure efficient delivery.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, influencing decision-making, and aligning teams behind shared global campaign objectives.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Brand & Campaigns team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.

What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in brand and integrated global campaign marketing, ideally within a global consumer, retail, lifestyle, or wellness business.
- Proven experience developing and delivering large-scale, multi-channel global campaigns that deliver measurable brand and commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into engaging, customer-first global campaigns.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- A commercially minded approach, balancing creativity with business performance.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using consumer insights and campaign data to inform decisions and optimise future activity.
- A passion for building globally recognised brands and creating campaigns that customers genuinely connect with.
