Our client is a highly-successful VC-backed FMCG business. In line with its accelerating growth strategy, it is now seeking an exceptional marketer to lead one of its flagship brands in the key UK & Irish markets. With a presence in multiple markets with both global brands and local jewels, the company is entering an exciting new chapter - building fresh momentum, agility and entrepreneurial energy into a business with trusted, category-leading products found in millions of homes across the globe.
This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a market-leading brand's growth agenda, sitting on the marketing leadership team and shaping strategy from the ground up spanning brand strategy & innovation, integrated 360Β° comms and in-market execution across key grocery, convenience and wholesale channels.

π What youβll be doing from Day 1
- Taking full P&L accountability for the brand, driving revenue, profitability, market share and brand health
- Adapting global brand strategy into sharp, locally relevant commercial plans
- Leading annual and long-term brand planning in line with business priorities
- Shaping and delivering innovative integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social & shopper media
- Owning an ambitious and busy innovation roadmap β NPD, EPD & Packaging Formats
- Partnering closely with the commercial leadership to drive standout in-store and omnichannel execution
- Lead, coach and grow an energetic and committed team of brand marketers
- Working cross-functionally with all key company teams, including the global brand team
πWhat we are looking for
- Extensive FMCG brand growth track-record, ideally with some hands-on experience with challenger brands
- Proven track-record of owning a significant P&L and A&P budgets, delivering substantial and sustainable growth
- Exceptional grounding in brand strategy, innovation and integrated comms with FMCG brands
- Experience running end-to-end campaigns spanning TV, OOH and digital paid, owned and earned media
- Hands-on experience operating within matrix-based, cross-functional structures
- Team leadership and development experience
- Resilience and adaptability β someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous operating culture
- Right to work in the UK with full UK Work Permit
