WHAT'S HIDE?

(Other than being the fastest growing food brand in the UK… )

We're on a mission to fix food.
Removing the compromise from everyday eating - 100% real food meals, salad bowls and snacks. High in protein and fibre. Nothing artificial. And most of all, delicious.

Ready meals for people who don't eat ready meals.
Fast Food with nothing to HIDE. Quick doesn’t have to mean sh*t.
100% natural. No artificial ingredients - fillers, preservatives.
Nutritionally complete. 30g+ protein, high fibre, controlled sugar and salt.
Backed by people who matter. Grace Beverley and Dr Rupy are founding owners, plus Max McCann, Christina Kynigos, Tonic Health - and more have also joined the cause as ambassadors .
Landing with shoppers. 4.5 stars on Tesco.com and a creator network with reach in the tens of millions.

And a countdown. We're exclusive to Tesco until February 2027, but what comes next is still TBD. Everything we build between now and then decides how big the next chapter gets…

THE ROLE

You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO to build the HIDE brand. Not to execute someone else's plan - to write it, argue for it, then deliver it.

WE ARE NOT HIRING A YES PERSON.
If you nod along in the room and disagree in the corridor, this will be miserable for both of us. If you'd rather ideate, debate, land on the sharper answer and move fast, you'll love it here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

THE STRATEGY

Where HIDE plays, what we stand for, how we sound, what we say no to. Then rolling your sleeves up alongside a lean team to actually deliver it.

THE RETAILER RELATIONSHIP

Lead voice with Tesco and our manufacturing partners. Commercially fluent, comfortable in a range review, able to make the brand case in numbers.

INSIGHTS AND CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING

Not research for research's sake - turning what consumers actually think into strategies that win. You'll build the muscle that stops us guessing.

THE FULL MIX

Creator and influencer, social content, paid media, PR, events, packaging, partnerships, outdoor advertising and maybe even TV in the not too distant future....

THE TEAM

Building it and growing it as we scale, managing our Brand Manager & Junior Brand Manager, and overseeing our agency partners & freelancers.

WHAT THAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

  • Own the budget and make a small one go a long way. Know your ROI, defend the spend.
  • Guard the brand across every SKU, every channel, every partner. Pack, tone, assets, claims.
  • Brief and manage freelancers, creatives, photographers and agencies — and write the brief yourself.
  • Feed the product pipeline. You're the consumer voice in the NPD room, not a spectator.
  • Prove what worked. Clear reporting to the founder, the board and our investors.
  • Open new channels. D2C, subscription, Whoosh — testing what’s next alongside the Tesco business.
  • Do the work. Some weeks you're setting three-year strategy. Some weeks you're shooting content on your phone at 9pm. Both are the job.

YOU

Build brands, not just campaigns. Strong experience across creators/influencer, social content, media, PR and events.
Ambitious about this. You want to own something and make it bigger in two years than it is today.**
Scrappy and entrepreneurial. Big output & impact using the budget we have available.
Ahead of the curve. You’re tapped into culture and food - and you know what’s coming before it lands, because you're genuinely paying attention.
Positive. Fast-paced start-ups are hard enough without pessimists.
You love food.

THE DEAL

£80,000 - £85,000+ equity. Hybrid, 2–3 days a week in our London office.
A real seat at the table. A founder who wants to be challenged. And a brand at the very start of its journey
