📍 London (Hybrid 3x pw)
💰 £75,000 to £85,000 + Perks
Our client is the market leader within their category; ‘Functional Wellness’. They’re listed in every single major Grocer, think: (Tesco / JS / Waitrose / Morrisons / Asda / Coop / Ocado). They are profitable and one of the fastest growing most successful brands in FMCG with a rapidly expanding team and a fantastic culture. They are looking for an exceptional Head of Brand to own how the brand looks, speaks and shows up everywhere. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creatively-led brand marketer to take an already successful challenger brand and help turn it into a truly iconic consumer brand. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
🌎 Own the Brand World & Creative Direction
Own the brand identity, tone of voice, visual world and creative direction, translating the new brand platform consistently across every consumer touchpoint.
🎨 Lead Creative Development
Take ideas from brief through to execution, leading creative agencies and working directly with photographers, videographers, designers and other creative partners.
📺 Bring Major Campaigns to Life
Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across VOD, OOH, Meta, social, retail, e-commerce and experiential, ensuring the idea works brilliantly channel by channel.

📱 Drive Content & Brand Storytelling
Shape how the brand tells compelling stories through social, video and content, creating a distinctive personality that connects with consumers and builds cultural relevance.
🤝 Lead Agency & Creative Partners
Own key creative agency relationships from briefing and concept development through to production, feedback and final delivery.
📈 Turn Insight into Better Creative
Work closely with the wider marketing team, using campaign performance, consumer behaviour and brand health insights to continuously evolve creative and storytelling.
💰 Own Significant Brand Investment
Manage substantial budgets across creative production, brand activation, sampling and PR, ensuring investment delivers both exceptional creative and commercial impact.
👥 Build & Lead the Brand Team
Lead and develop an in-house team spanning Design and Content & Social.

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- Brand Leadership: Strong brand marketing experience within FMCG, consumer, wellness or lifestyle.
- Creative Direction: Able to go beyond brand management and genuinely shape brand strategy, creative direction and storytelling.
- Campaign Experience: Proven experience developing integrated consumer campaigns across multiple channels, from initial concept through to execution.
- Agency Management: Confident briefing and challenging creative agencies and managing photographers, videographers and production partners.
- Creative Judgement: An exceptional eye for design, content and brand aesthetics with the ability to recognise and elevate great creative.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and developing creative/brand teams and getting the best from different personalities and disciplines.
