Head of Brand & Marketing, Stockport, Up to £80,000 + Bonus
We're partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led global beauty business looking for an ambitious Brand & Marketing Director to drive the next stage of growth.
With a portfolio of four established brands sold across the UK and internationally, you'll shape brand strategy, lead multi-channel marketing, accelerate ecommerce growth, and build key retail partnerships. Working closely with the founder and leadership team, this is a high-impact role combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
What you'll be doing
- Lead brand strategy and positioning across four brands.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and international markets.
- Own digital marketing, including Paid Social, Paid Search, CRM, influencer marketing and organic social.
- Drive ecommerce performance, improving acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Use customer and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop retail marketing initiatives and strengthen key commercial partnerships.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team while collaborating across the wider business.

What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in delivering digital marketing campaigns; specifically building brands on social media.
- Experience working within the beauty/personal care categories.
- Experience working with recognised retail brands and developing retail partnerships.
- A commercially minded marketer who can build and deliver growth strategies.
- Strong creative leadership, with experience directing shoots and producing creative briefs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME where you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
- Confident influencing founders and senior stakeholders.
- Happy to be office-based five days a week (with an early finish every Friday).
