The Opportunity
ATR brands is a multi-brand travel lifestyle group built around three distinct travel brands, each with its own world, positioning, customer and design identity.
Antler, the heritage British travel brand founded in 1914. Nere, Australia's #1 travel brand, born from the Sydney coast and built for movement. Paravel, the luxury American travel brand setting the standard for considered, sustainable design.
Three brands. One ambition: to create a unique house of travel lifestyle brands.
We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the integrated, 360 brand campaigns across the portfolio of brands — protecting what makes each brand unique while unlocking the scale, rigour and creative ambition that comes from operating as a house of brands. This is a senior role reporting into the Global Marketing & Communications Director, based at our London HQ managing a high performing marketing, PR & social team that operates at speed, with confidence and clarity.
You will own the integrated marketing engine across Antler, Nere and Paravel — translating brand strategy into campaigns that move culture, build desire and deliver commercial growth. You will lead the always-on activity and the seasonal campaigns and NPD across PR, social, ambassadors & community activations, partnerships, brand collaborations, retail and global storytelling moments.
You will work in-partnership with the Head of departments across creative, product, paid media and e-commerce, and will be accountable for ensuring our brands show up creatively consistently, and commercially across every channel and every market.
About You
You are a senior brand marketing leader with a strong creative instinct and an equally sharp commercial edge. You are as credible in a creative review as you are in an executive-level meeting. You have built and led high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams and know how to get the best out of agencies, internal partners and talent at every level. You thrive in complexity — holding multiple distinct brand worlds in your head at once — and you bring the clarity, ambition and rigour to translate that complexity into campaigns that move culture and deliver growth.

- Lead and execute integrated 360 brand strategy across Antler, Nere and Paravel — spanning brand, owned, earned and experiential
- Build the annual marketing calendars across the portfolio, balancing always-on brand-building with launches, collaborations and seasonal moments
- Protect the distinct creative worlds of each brand while building a shared framework for design, quality and measurement across the house
- Own campaign & partnership briefs, creative reviews and go-to-market planning end-to-end — from insight and proposition through to channel mix, media plan and post-campaign review and reporting, followed by constructive post-campaign wash-ups

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
