ABOUT RISE & FALL

Rise & Fall is one of the UK’s fastest growing startups, reshaping how people buy better. We offer exceptional clothing and homewares, made by the world’s best manufacturers, at prices that are 40–80% lower than traditional luxury.

We are the antithesis of fast fashion, committed to sustainability, quality, and conscious consumption. We’re a certified B Corp, use organic and natural materials wherever possible, and are proud to have donated over £30,000 last year to homelessness and women’s support charities.

We’ve shipped over 500,000 products, we have been on a rocketship trajectory and are hugely ambitious, with recent launches in the US and Australia. We’re on a mission to become one of the largest luxury goods retailers in the world in the next 10 years and significantly reshape the industry as we grow.

If you'd like to join us on this wild journey, then read on below and join our incredible team ✌

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Head of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated, insight-led brand campaigns across non-paid channels.

You’ll sit alongside our Head of Growth (who owns performance channels, customer insight and digital product) and work closely with both founders. Your job is to help set the creative vision and activate it — building integrated campaigns that drive reach, awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

This role is executional, strategic, and operational — it requires someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commercial impact. You’ll own brand activation across all earned, owned, and shared channels, and help shape how the world experiences Rise & Fall.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the brand marketing calendar — developing and executing integrated campaigns that span PR, partnerships, influencer, organic social, OOH, pop-ups, and experiential.
  • Lead the creative team - help to set the visual identity, product narrative and creative direction and deploy it across fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth (who owns customer insight and performance) to align brand marketing with customer segments, behavioural insights and trading priorities.

  • Develop and manage influencer and ambassador strategies, building a scalable, tiered approach to reach and advocacy.
  • Lead our PR and earned media strategy, managing agencies or freelancers as needed to drive buzz, awareness and third-party credibility.
  • Build and execute brand partnership campaigns — with aligned brands, platforms, media or events that amplify reach and strengthen positioning.

Three reasons this role is exceptional:

  • You will learn a lot and be given full responsibility for your area.
  • You will work alongside brilliant, ambitious people who are all striving to master their craft.
  • Given Rise & Fall’s growth to date and near limitless potential, you will have the opportunity for huge professional and personal growth.
