Head of Brand & Marketing
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
The Opportunity
We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing premium casual dining group with exciting plans for continued expansion.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Brand & Marketing to shape the brand, strengthen customer engagement and lead marketing through its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the strategy while staying close to execution — developing briefs, challenging creative, reviewing performance and working with the team and agencies to deliver.
What you’ll own
- Define and evolve the brand and marketing strategy.
- Lead campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social and customer communications.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, frequency and loyalty.
- Use customer and commercial insight to guide decisions.
- Partner with operational teams to support performance across locations.
- Manage the marketing budget, KPIs, agencies and external partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow the brand.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced marketer with strong brand instincts and commercial acumen, ideally from hospitality, leisure, retail, consumer or another multi-site customer-facing business.
You’ll bring:
- A track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Experience across brand, campaigns, digital, CRM and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention and proposition development.
- Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions.
- Experience leading teams, agencies and budgets.
- The ability to move comfortably between strategy and practical execution.
