Togather
We're a founder-led company of 50+ event specialists working across some of the largest and most exciting events in the UK.
Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink, and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix, and BBC.
Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones, and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium, and Pride in London.
Internally, we're proud to have been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK's best places to work. We care deeply about building an ambitious, supportive, and high-performing team.
We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table - and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same:
To make events better for everyone.
The Role
You'll take real ownership of Togather's brand direction, partnering and reporting into our CMO to shape it, then turning that direction into an always-on content programme, organic campaigns, and flagship pieces. Harnessing senior relationships with live event clients, major venues, B2B partners, investor audiences, and our supplier community to boost our brand reputation across key segments. You're an innovative brand builder and strategist, not just an executor.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Plan and run organic brand campaigns in themes: set priorities, run the calendar, and measure performance by theme
- Set and hold the brand and message bar across all outward content, company-wide
- Own flagship content delivery (thought leadership), working closely with our commercial team to bring it to life
- Work closely with our co-founder on PR, who leads journalist relationships and press release distribution, to land our brand-led storytelling in the right places
- Maintain senior brand-side relationships with major venues, festivals, and B2B partners
- Work collaboratively with the Supply Lead on shaping and delivering our value proposition and engagement strategy for high value and prospective suppliers & traders
- Take a genuine, collaborative role in Commercial's pitch and bid materials, setting the brand and message standard, without owning bid production itself. That sits with the Sales Account Manager
