Shape the next chapter of three distinctive travel brands with a meaningful place in UK travel culture.

This is an opportunity to combine long-term brand building with commercial impact, creating stronger, more distinctive brands and experiences for our guests.

Your mission

As our Head of Brand, your mission is to set the vision and strategic direction for three established travel brands, ensuring they remain distinctive, relevant and positioned for sustainable growth.

You’ll lead our Brand & Campaigns function and Social team, own our portfolio media strategy and drive the rollout of our new Guest Value Proposition. Working across the business, you’ll connect customer insight, creativity and long-term brand building with commercial priorities and performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the brand strategy, positioning and portfolio roles, identifying the priorities that will drive sustainable growth.
  • Turn commercial priorities into a focused brand roadmap spanning audiences, occasions, propositions, seasons, investment and channels.
  • Lead the strategy and go-to-market roadmap for our Guest Value Proposition, translating it into a compelling customer promise, messaging, creative platform and launch plan.
  • Set the portfolio social strategy across organic content, community and creators, ensuring each brand comes to life in a relevant and distinctive way.
  • Own portfolio media strategy and investment, defining how brand and performance media work together and partnering closely with Performance Marketing.
  • Set the annual brand and campaign strategy across the travel calendar, overseeing major campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Lead senior agency relationships across media and creative, establishing clear governance around investment, channel mix, testing, quality and value.
  • Use customer, competitor and cultural insight alongside brand health, campaign and booking data to identify opportunities and guide strategy and investment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive Brand & Campaigns team, setting clear priorities, creative standards and expectations.

You put customers at the heart of your decisions, set a high creative bar and are comfortable bringing together diverse teams and perspectives around a clear direction.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Senior brand leadership experience within a complex consumer organisation, ideally within travel, leisure or hospitality.
  • A strong track record of building distinctive brands and leading proposition or customer-experience change.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns and working with creative, media, insight and research partners.
  • Strong experience owning social and media strategy, investment and agency performance.
  • A solid understanding of brand health, campaign effectiveness and customer insight, with the ability to turn evidence into strategic choices.
  • Strong executive influence and the ability to align senior stakeholders around priorities and decisions.
  • Proven people leadership and capability-building experience, with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style.
  • A focused, proactive approach to getting things done, including the ability to lead calmly and visibly through change.

How you'll make an impact

  • Build greater distinctiveness across our three brands by setting clear portfolio roles, positioning and growth priorities.
  • Successfully bring our Guest Value Proposition to market and ensure it is delivered consistently across campaigns, digital, CRM, customer service and owner touchpoints.
  • Create a connected approach to brand and performance media, aligning audiences, channels, customer journeys and trading priorities.
  • Raise the creative bar across campaigns and social while ensuring activity is grounded in customer insight and commercial objectives.
  • Strengthen our approach to brand effectiveness, using brand health, campaign and booking data to inform decisions and demonstrate the value of investment.
  • Bring together Trading, Digital, CRM, Media, PR, Social, Partnerships and Product around major campaigns and trading moments.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Brand & Campaigns function with clear governance, accountability and creative standards.
  • Champion the customer and the importance of long-term brand value in senior forums across the business.
