Ministry of Sound
Ministry of Sound has spent more than three and a half decades building iconic brands, creating unforgettable experiences and challenging convention. Since 1991, we've pushed boundaries, embraced innovation and refused to follow the crowd.
Today, we're far more than one of the world's most recognised music brands. We're a diverse collection of businesses spanning membership, hospitality, events, workspaces and entertainment, united by a shared ambition to create exceptional experiences and build brands that stand out.
As we continue to evolve, we're focused on creating a culture that is every bit as ambitious as our business. We're investing in our people, unlocking new opportunities and building an environment where talented individuals can do their best work, grow their careers and help shape what's next.
This is an exciting moment in our journey. We combine the heritage, credibility and global recognition of an iconic brand with the energy, agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a business that is constantly evolving.
We value curiosity, creativity and collaboration. We look for people who challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to think differently. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact, influence the future of a unique business and help shape the next chapter of an iconic brand, there's never been a better time to join us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
