Head of Business at Porsche Centre Perth
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Business to join our team at Porsche Centre Perth.
As Head of Business, you will lead the strategic and operational performance of the Centre, driving sustainable profitability, exceptional customer experiences, and high-performing teams across all departments. You will play a key role in delivering business growth, maintaining the highest manufacturer standards, and ensuring Porsche Centre Perth continues to provide a truly premium customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Leading the overall performance of the Centre, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
- Ensuring every customer receives a personalised, professional, and 5-star experience at every touchpoint.
- Managing and developing Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance, and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Holding regular performance reviews with department leaders and monitoring key business KPIs to ensure targets are achieved.
- Building strong relationships with Porsche and senior stakeholders, agreeing vehicle, parts, and aftersales targets and ensuring manufacturer standards are consistently met.
- Monitoring customer loyalty and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements where required to enhance the customer experience.
- Leading Quality Management initiatives and conducting regular meetings to drive operational excellence across the Centre.
- Managing escalated customer concerns and correspondence, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and effectively.
- Working alongside the marketing team to ensure effective campaigns and activity plans are in place to support all departments.

Requirements
- Proven experience successfully managing a franchised automotive dealership at a senior leadership level.
- A strong track record of leading and developing Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance, and operational teams.
- Demonstrable responsibility for full profit and loss performance, including budgeting, cost control, and KPI management.
- Experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering a premium 5-star customer experience.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Experience handling complex customer complaints and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- A passion for delivering outstanding results and creating a high-performance culture.
