Not only do they represent an iconic, sports brand, but the dealership is also undergoing a state-of-the-art redevelopment, which will be completed early next year.

Naturally we are looking for a very particular candidate, someone who can motivate and drive a large team, effect change and maximise potential to improve and grow the business.
Requirements:
- Prestige, senior level, automotive experience is essential.
- Someone who can demonstrate that they have:
- Strong aftersales knowledge and performance
- Focus around new car sales
- Strong leadership
- Someone who understands P&L and process
- A driven leader to drive culture and brings a winning mentality.
