Are you ready to shape and lead our Business Analysis function at Specsavers as we transform how we serve customers, support colleagues and enable partners across our global business.

We're looking for a Head of Business Analysis to lead a community of more than 50 Business Analysts spanning Business, Digital and Data Analysis. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to shape the future of analysis across a global organisation.

This is not a traditional Head of BA role.

Whilst leadership is critical, we're specifically looking for someone who also has a strong understanding of Data Business Analysis and experience leading, developing or maturing a Data BA function. Data is becoming increasingly important to how we deliver change at Specsavers and this role will play a key part in maturing and strengthening our Data BA capability alongside our wider Business Analysis and Digital Business Analysis communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
