OTE: £80,000+ Uncapped

About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Business to lead our dealership in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive leader to take full responsibility for the overall performance of the business, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.
The successful candidate will inspire high-performing teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the dealership achieves and exceeds manufacturer and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic and operational performance of the dealership.
- Drive profitability across all departments, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Finance.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and maximise performance.
- Recruit, coach, and develop departmental managers and their teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive action to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and promote a customer-first culture.
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance to maximise profitability.
- Foster a positive, high-performance working environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, Dealer Principal, or Senior Automotive Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Experience managing multiple departments within a franchised dealership.
- Excellent financial and operational management abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams to exceed targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
