We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Change to join a leading UK mobile and digital infrastructure business at a key point in its Technology, Data & Digital transformation. This is a build role — you’ll establish and mature the organisation’s approach to business engagement, demand, portfolio governance, delivery, adoption and benefits realisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Business Change & Adoption function
- Building a clear demand and portfolio management process
- Establishing effective PMO and delivery governance
- Overseeing complex project and programme delivery
- Driving business readiness, adoption and benefits realisation
- Managing senior stakeholders and challenging priorities where required
- Developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team

We’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ senior change, transformation, programme or portfolio experience
- Proven experience building or maturing a change/delivery capability
- Strong portfolio, PMO and programme delivery experience
- Excellent senior stakeholder and business engagement skills
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of adoption and benefits management
- Experience working across Technology, Data, Architecture and Security
- Telecoms, infrastructure, CNI or other complex/regulated experience is desirable
