Company Description

Vialto Partners is a market leader in global mobility services. Our purpose is 'Connect the world.' We are unique and the only stand-alone global mobility business. This presents a rare opportunity for our clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Vialto UK’s global immigration coordination team is hiring. This presents an opportunity to join a team of just under 100 Legal Risk & Compliance specialists collaborating closely with colleagues in Global Tax services to deliver practical global mobility advice with a business focus. Our global network provides immigration and tax services in over 50 countries.

Role Purpose

The Head of Business Continuity is responsible for the leadership and delivery of Vialto’s global Business Continuity framework, ensuring the firm maintains operational resilience across all jurisdictions. The role is accountable for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of business continuity plans, exercises, and governance, managing the transition from interim arrangements to a permanent, embedded capability. The role leads the Business Continuity Support function in Bangalore and acts as the senior escalation point for all business continuity matters across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Framework leadership and governance

  • Own and lead Vialto’s global Business Continuity framework, ensuring it is current, risk-based, and proportionate to the firm’s regulatory and operational obligations.
  • Implement the recommendations of the external Business Continuity consultant, translating findings into a structured improvement plan with clear milestones.
  • Maintain oversight of business continuity governance, ensuring appropriate escalation routes and accountability are embedded across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
