iungo is looking for an ambitious, mid-career Head of Business Development to accelerate our B2B growth.
While your initial launchpad will be dominating the market across Wales and the West of England, you will have the mandate and autonomy to expand our reach and cultivate high-value relationships globally.

The Role
You will drive our B2B customer acquisition strategy, scaling from regional success to international partnerships. Balancing strategic global growth with hands-on leadership, you will ensure our sales and marketing efforts are aligned and executing at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Own and accelerate B2B business development across Wales and the West of England, while actively identifying and converting international commercial opportunities.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a compact, agile team consisting of sales professionals (overseen by the Sales Manager) and a Marketing Executive.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Operations team to guarantee a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for business clients worldwide.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate high-value, long-term commercial partnerships both locally and internationally.

- Ready to Step-Up: You are mid-career, have a proven track record in B2B sales, and possess the vision to scale a business internationally.
- Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a team, foster a collaborative culture, and drive performance.
- Culturally Adept: You possess exceptional communication skills and excel at building trust with corporate clients across different cultures and time zones.
- Execution-Focused: You bridge the gap between strategic marketing and hard sales conversion seamlessly.
