I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our mission is to help businesses find their place in the world.
Our vision is to redefine what a modern commercial agent should do and 10x the value add.
This is how we are different
We like to think of ourselves as an outsourced head of real estate – offering a complete and personal service, powered by tech and data.
Our services revolve around four main pillars –
Strategy
To us, finding the right space is about so much more than just location and headcount. That’s why we work with businesses to establish what their organisation – and their members – really need, both now and in the future.
Search
We’re here to save businesses time and money, not waste it. That’s why we go for a quality not quantity approach. We search the whole market – online and off – to compile a handpicked shortlist of design-centric properties that match your exact requirements. Once you’ve found the one, we’ll secure it on the right terms and at the right price.
Project Management
We can even help you get it ready for your first day – working with you and your team to procure and project manage any teams carrying out works on site: from furniture and fit-out to full-scale design & build.
Relocation
And when it’s time to plan your next move – we’ll be here to help you do it all over again. We can even provide you with a full-scale relocation management service, to help you pick up where you left off and ensure nothing gets left behind.
