Head of Sales
They are now looking for a high-energy sales leader, either a proven Head of Sales ready for a new challenge, or a top senior sales manager looking to step up and lead a team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 3 BDMs
- Drive new business across restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, foodservice & leisure (Independents and Groups)
- Build a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Sell premium quality and craft to chefs, buyers & operators

What you bring:
- Proven new-business success in food, BWS, hospitality, or foodservice
- Experience leading or mentoring salespeople (or clear readiness to step up)
- Commercial sharpness + strong judgement on account quality
