Company Description

We are a next generation CAE software company.

Our launch product is ChopMesh — the only meshing-and-automation toolchain purpose-built for implicit geometry. We are entering the multi-$bn market opportunity created by the rapid emergence of new software approaches to designing, simulating and manufacturing complex parts, that utilise additive manufacturing as well as conventional techniques. The parts cover multiple industries, with rapid early adoption in sectors including aerospace.

Voxshell’s initial product, that is already shipping, solves a critical customer requirement within the CAD and CAE workflow, by automating mesh generation for signed distance functions, lattices, and topology-optimised structures that existing solutions are unable to deal with effectively, or in many cases, at all. Chopmesh cuts existing process approaches from days to minutes, removing wasteful manual intervention and natively delivering optimised results true to the original implicit design intent.

Role Description

You will be Voxshell’s first dedicated commercial team member, a critical role as we scale our initial customer base and build out our GTM and various global sales motion strategies. You won't inherit a territory or a playbook — you'll build the commercial function from scratch with a real customer pipeline that is already in motion, and a product already delivering outstanding results for our early customers.

If you've built a successful career acquiring new customers and servicing existing ones, within the CAD or CAE software industry, we would like to talk to you. You are most likely already in this industry and can talk confidently about the problem that we are solving and also deeply appreciate the customer win from the adoption of Chopmesh. This is a rare opportunity to come in during the key formative stages of building our business and make a very significant contribution to our journey and future success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Own the direct to enterprise customer pipeline in Europe — discovery through close. You'll qualify, progress, and convert accounts from our pipeline across Pilot, Discovery, Commercial, and Lead stages.
  • Support the domain partner pipeline and execute joint GTM partnerships. Including identifying suitable GTM partners, mapping geographic and sector coverage and developing joint value propositions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Hunt in the right rooms — direct outbound into aerospace (OEMs, tier-1 suppliers), energy, and automotive engineering organisations across Europe. You'll build relationships with simulation managers, heads of CAE, and engineering directors.
  • Close direct sales deals — case-by-case pricing across Academic, Mid-market, Enterprise, and Tier 1 bands.
  • Represent Voxshell in the industry - You'll be a face of the company in the CAE community.
  • Build the commercial function — CRM process, sales collateral, pricing playbooks, commission structures. You're building the commercial engine, not just feeding it.

Our essential Criteria

  • 5–10+ years selling enterprise software into complex engineering organisations. You've sold simulation, meshing, or CAE tools — you know the vocabulary, the buyer personas, and the procurement rhythms of aerospace and industrial engineering.
  • You have a network in the sectors that matter. Aerospace, energy, or automotive. You can name the simulation managers who feel the meshing bottleneck every day, because you've sold to them before.
  • You've closed six-figure deals with technical products and engineering buyers. You know how to run a proof-of-concept that leads to a multi-year licence.
  • You're comfortable with a blank page. This is not a "plug into the existing sales machine" role. We're early. You'll write the first version of everything — and you'll be better at this job because of it.
  • Early-stage or high-growth company experience is a strong plus, but enterprise CAE credibility matters more. If you've only ever sold inside a mature org and are genuinely ready to build, we want to hear why.
  • You will understand the GTM playbook for rapidly scaling B2B software companies, including the key strategies and critical metrics (including ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC), and will able to apply these with your systems and approach.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive for an early-stage CAE software company: base salary + commission + equity incentive. Specific numbers will be finalised with the right candidate.

Location and work model

UK or Europe-based. We're opening a shared office in London and you'll spend time there with the team. The rest is hybrid/remote — with in-person customer meetings, industry events, and deal-closing dinners wherever our buyers are.

How to apply

Email info@voxshell.com and cc y.zhao@voxshell.com with:

  • Your CV or LinkedIn profile.
  • A brief covering note, that clearly explains how you meet the essential criteria and why you are the right person for this key role.
  • A brief note on the most relevant CAE software deal you've closed — who was the customer, what was the product, and what made it close.

Voxshell is an equal opportunity employer. We're building a company where the best engineering sales talent in Europe wants to work — regardless of background.
