Head of Business Development, Europe

About Us

We are a leading provider of trading technology, execution solutions, and SaaS products serving institutional investors, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, banks, and professional market participants. Through innovation, technology, and a client-centric approach, we help clients optimise trading workflows across global financial markets.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Business Development, Europe to lead the expansion of our business across key European markets.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in equity derivatives trading and market structure, along with an established network across institutional trading and technology providers.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience developing relationships with Order Management System (OMS) providers, Execution Management System (EMS) providers, financial data and analytics providers, hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, brokers, and banks active in equity derivatives markets.

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
