The Role
A hands-on new-business hunter role, winning and developing small to medium on-trade chains and key accounts. Your targets will include pub and restaurant groups, hotels, casinos and entertainment venues, initially centred on London. You’ll open doors, demonstrate the proposition, close deals and develop customers into valuable, recurring business. Alongside guiding a junior account manager, you’ll shape the UK sales approach, with potential to progress into leading the UK business.

The Person
An entrepreneurial salesperson with relevant buyer relationships and evidence of accounts you’ve personally won. You’ll bring the drive to create opportunities, the resilience to secure new business and the commercial judgement to grow it.
Experience building a smaller drinks brand or introducing a new concept into the On Trade would be particularly relevant.
