KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Bremont is seeking a commercially driven Head of Business Development to lead the expansion of the brand into new international markets while managing and growing existing key accounts and regional teams. This is a senior, high-visibility role combining new market development, strategic key account management of international teams and retail partners.
The successful candidate will be the primary architect of Bremont's international growth strategy, identifying and opening new markets, deepening relationships with major partners such as Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons and Ethos, as well as managing the relationship with Bremont's retail partner in Japan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Market Development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new international markets for Bremont's expansion, based on market size, luxury watch demand, distribution landscape, and brand fit.
- Develop market-entry strategies, including route-to-market (distributor, retail partner, flagship boutique, e-commerce), pricing positioning, and launch plans.
- Build a pipeline of prospective distributor and retail partners in target markets; lead negotiations and onboarding of new partners.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform go-to-market decisions, in partnership with marketing and product teams.
- Own the P&L and growth targets for newly opened markets.
International Key Account Management
- Act as the senior relationship owner for Bremont's major international accounts, including Seddiqi (UAE/Gulf) and Ethos (India), among others.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts covering sell-in/sell-out targets, product allocation, merchandising, marketing support, and training.
- Negotiate commercial terms, annual targets, and trading agreements with key partners.
- Monitor account performance (sell-through, inventory health, ASP, brand positioning) and take corrective action where needed.
- Represent Bremont at key partner events, trade shows, and store openings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
